Sign-in with your My4Cs account. Select Create an Account the first time you log in.

Please contact the library if you are unable to create or log-in to your account.

Always double check your generated citations as errors do occur

Copy/Paste Citations into NoodleTools

Works from EBSCO, Proquest & Newsbank databases

  • Obtain a citation to copy from your desired database
  • Login to NoodleTools, choose the Project to which you want to add the citation.
  • Click Create New Citation
  • Choose Database
  • Choose the type of source your are citing (Journal, Newspaper, Magazine, etc.)
  • Choose Quick Cite: Copy & paste a citation
  • Copy and Paste your citation into the box where it says Manually Edited Citation
  • Double check your copied citation for errors
  • Click the green Save button on the bottom right of the screen

 

What About PubMed Medline Citations?

Here's how:

  • Copy the PMID number at the abstract bottom.
  • Open Medline [EBSCO]
  • Go to Advanced Search, Select PMID, paste the number.
  • Copy citation just like you do for CINAHL!
